TAM are an elite camp for 125'ers-155'ers. Thats why suggested them; I don't think the other are bad choices either, and am not opposed to other camps you mentioned, but I think they are a good camp for her weight class. Andre Fili is pretty tall, and despite the height discrepancy, they are a lot more skilled and could help with her striking and grappling.
I see what you mean, by needing training partners her height, but the skilled coaching and fighters at that place could really pay dividends.
