It appears as though Matt Hughes is considering a comeback.

Hughes, who hasn’t fought since September 2011, recently told Joe Buck that he’s “in talks” to fight again.

“If I could find an opponent that I could definitely beat, I would go again,” Hughes said in an interview that was shot earlier this month.

According to multiple sources, the 43-year-old has had talks with Bellator recently about fighting again but no offer has been made and those talks were classified as preliminary.

Nice to know that Hughes is still just as much of a douche as I remember.

If that's too far fine erase my post but remember, a) I watched the ultimate fighter with Hughes where he was an ultimate douche b) I've read parts of his book where he said and did dispicable things c) it's the truth that he's a terrible person.

I was like, did he really just say that? So he would only come back if he can bully a lesser opponent? How do you make that statement sound good?

It would be a treat to watch him get knocked out , and probably his hand pulled out of it's socket.

I imagine he's in talks with Bellator.

The only way they can pull ratings is by getting two way over-the-hill, semi-geriatric former UFC fighters to fight each other.
