It’s been a rough road of late for B.J. Penn, but he isn’t calling it quits just yet.

The UFC announced on Wednesday night that former UFC lightweight and welterweight champion will fight Dennis Siver at a UFC Fight Night in Oklahoma City. The event will take place at the Chesapeake Energy Arena on June 25.

The FS1 magazine show UFC Tonight also announced some other fights taking place at on the card. A middleweight clash between Tim Boetsch and former welterweight champion Johny Hendricks is official for the event, as well as a women’s strawweight battle between Felice Herrig and Justine Kish.

lol...ok, this is the fight they "should" have made before throwing Penn into the slaughter house. Now that he has been absolutely demolished and lost what ever mystique he had left......they give him an fairly even match up.

good gawd they (UFC WME-IMG) have no clue how to build / maintain / fighters and properly match make fights to get the most out of their roster.

wish i could give this two winner votes.

bj penn could be a ton of fun even at his age, i love it when i hear hes got a fight lined up, but against lamas? yair? truly terrible, like you said...took some mystique and greatness away from an out of prime fighter. there are possibly so many fun fights with bj. bellator style, forget the title just go and fight guys also out of prime etc.
