After reading the Rick and Morty thread I got thinking about other foods that have come and gone from some resaurants. For me the first one I thought of was McDonalds pizza, that shit was delicious or at least I remember it that way.

I also would lke to see Subway bring back the U-gouge and stop cutting the bread in half. The ones where I grew up used to sell a taco sub that was amazing. Season beef and shredded cheddar cheese was its base then I'd add hot sauce, lettuce, sour cream, salsa and pepper. Bring it back!!!

black cherry/white grape Boku.

I loved that shit when I was tripping balls. Usually paired with a Whatchamacalllit.

Saw the thread title and immediately thought of McPizza.

and yes fuck Subway and their stupid sidecut. The U-gouge was one of the best ideas to ever grace a meatball sub.

They were always baked. It's why they had ovens in which to make pizza. If you were getting them deep fried that was someone taking creative license.
Nah man, they were definitely fried at one point. Regardless, what they call an apple pie now pales in comparison to what they once were.

They stopped selling them in the netherlands
They stopped frying them here in the US in the early to mid nineties...just was noticing upon a quick search that a few franchises are still frying them...I need to do some further investigating :D
