Agreed.About training and nutrition.
Before it was pulled because Joe Rogan cried to Youtube, the channel "RoganWatch" had a great compilation of Joe Rogan quotes from over the years talking about the crazy amount of supplements / steroids / trt / hgh / treatments he has done.About training and nutrition.
this is a much better source for fitness and nutrition.
and Mike is an all-around great guy.
He has people on but doesn't take on board what they're saying. He's interviewed both Louis Simmons and Mark Bell and yet he's still clueless about training periodization. That is why he has awesome guests on the podcast who do have a clue.
Learned a lot over the years from tons of experts on there. By the way, the only things he claimed to be an expert on is martial arts and stand-up comedy. For the rest, he listens to his guest who are. He seems open minded about a lot of things, gets into the cool shit.
He's having his own take and approach for sure. But as long as he is not claiming to be an expert or advocate. I think he is learning just as we are listening to these experts on the matter. I for one would not swing kettle bells with the shoulder problems he's had, but then again a stemcell here and there...He has people on but doesn't take on board what they're saying. He's interviewed both Louis Simmons and Mark Bell and yet he's still clueless about training periodization.
Ah man! I forgot about Rogan watch! He was always going on about experimental this or had to go to another country for this treatment bahaha if for some reason itunes implemented testing for hosting podcasts, he'd melt the piss cupthe channel "RoganWatch" had a great compilation of Joe Rogan
This right here. And you know sometimes how good a podcast is by listening to others. And this regarding guests, sound quality, content, upload frequency, etc. For instance, Marc Maron, I had to stop listening for after a while, could no longer take it. Same for Church of what's happening.Jesse Ventura to Joey Diaz to Lance Armstrong etc....wide open
Because he's arrogant. He has people on but doesn't take on board what they're saying. He's interviewed both Louis Simmons and Mark Bell and yet he's still clueless about training periodization.
Do you even aspect ratio bro?"40, that's kind of wide."
"Skinny tyres to make it wheelie derp derp."
He has the test levels of a 21 year old. He's in great shape for a 50 year old man. I would say he has some idea about fitness and nutrition.
Before it was pulled because Joe Rogan cried to Youtube, the channel "RoganWatch" had a great compilation of Joe Rogan quotes from over the years talking about the crazy amount of supplements / steroids / trt / hgh / treatments he has done.
The guy is walking Guinea pig - drugged out on just about everything and anything he thinks will get him stronger ..no way can this guy think straight ...and no way would I ever take his advice on anything.
He's entertaining, I'll listen to his podcasts from time to time as long he isn't bashing Christians (Joe Rogan is a Satanist btw, he'll never admit it but the philosophies he preaches on his podcast align directly with the teachings of Anton Levey and the Leveyan Satanism Doctrine.) but many times I have to shut it off because I feel like I'm getting dumber by the second listening to the random boobaclide bullshit he says.
On the last few podcasts Rogan has mentioned he has finally started running to help out on his hunts ...I GUAREN-DAMN-TEE! Joey has already started injecting "EPO" to boost dat cardio.
if you've ever heard him complain about Sick Fish, you know he's not a car guy."40, that's kind of wide."
"Skinny tyres to make it wheelie derp derp."
Just googled. That Barracuda?if you've ever heard him complain about Sick Fish, you know he's not a car guy.
He's just a Bro with Dough.
