Whether they find evidence of it or not, sometimes a thug is just a thug. Hernandez was involved in gangs as a youth, then at Florida, and with NE. CTE didn't play a role in him not being able to leave that lifestyle.

Being involved in gangs as a kid isn't the same as being a murderer. After what happened with that Florida case there's basically no motive for Hernandez to have committed murder. Certainly not suggesting he didn't do it, but if he's found to have CTE, it could explain the irrational decision to murder someone he appears to have been friends with.

I think he was just a sociopathic thug w/ delusional sense of entitlement because someone was always there to lie for him, or get him out of trouble, so he could win another game for their team.

Then he made $40 million and a Pro Bowl, and that made him really think he was untouchable...especially in Connecticut, where he was the hometown star.

There's a bit of a disconnect there. You can't really be both, sociopathy is a mental illness rather than a choice one makes.

If so, his lawyer obviously advised him on it and I think they dis-bar you for that, so...
That would be pretty tough to prove given attorney/client privilege.

Even if it's 100% true and his death means the privilege isn't protected, how do you disbar a lawyer for giving a client legal advice?

You can't give legal advice which results in advocating homocide........you would be a murderer and go to jail

I'm thinking

AH- "Hey, if I killed myself could my daughter get my contract money?"
Lawyer - "She sure could"

Doesn't really constitute being a murderer.

I thought in most cases suicide rather than natural death etc they wouldn't have to pay out. I'm no lawyer, but I know in certain other cases the next of kin gets diddly.

Hard to prove? So we're saying Aaron was aware of an obscure legal loophole through his extensive legal background, and was confident enough in it to KILL himself? LOL
