Side note: I have been hiding my tools to keep from having to hunt for them when I need them. I think I just thought of a way to keep them from becoming lost (I.e. Being borrowed and not Being put back up)
That's what my wife did with her camping chair. My buddies kept breaking her chairs due to various shenanigans. Her thought was to buy a bright pink chair to keep them off it. It didn't really work though - so now she just takes the chair back with her and leaves it outside the tent when she goes to bed.
