Anyone really think Maia vs Woodley ever happens?

No one's tuning in to watch that shit. Woodley doesnt have a very loyal following as it is, and Maia's got even less. No way that fight could headline a PPV. Would they have it headline a FOX card? It just makes no sense to me, but it's hard to deny Demian the shot strictly based on merit. Something tells me the UFC finds a way to avoid this though.

True but I don't blame Maia for any aspect of the Anderson fight. He tried to press it and Anderson didn't allow anything. It was a "smart" fight, but not a good one for either.
