As part of a motion to seal a discussion of an old lawsuit and confidential settlement agreement – which appears to be related to the 2008 dispute between Mark Cuban’s HDNet MMA and the UFC over Randy Couture’s contractual status – UFC attorneys included two pages of Fertitta’s Mar. 23 testimony under questioning from fighter attorneys.

After a redacted section, fighter attorney’s questioned Fertitta about…

I realize now this is probably why they're letting Bellator pick up good fighters.

I would not want to have to deal with Lorenzo on the stand. He always appears measured and well thought out (or well prepped by his people) for whatever may be thrown at him. Even in the ESPN interview about fighter pay he was calm and responded with facts that seeeeeeeeem reasonable even if when you drill down into them they're really shitty.

That would be a shitshow, he would just say letter for letter what attorneys told him to say, he would get wrecked if he would just wing it.

But it would be entertaining he'll probably yell to the judge " thats fucking illegal your honer" , fuck my attorney we were never friends!
The motherfuck wanted to be fighters!!!!! i just let them BANG

Uncle Enzo is a piece of shit, but a very bright piece of shit indeed. Forget about disorganized cage fighters, look at the number he has done on WME.

He's cold blooded and calculated. Has probably ruined more lives than is imaginable and didn't lose an ounce of sleep doing it.

How could you run a Casino Empire and be any other way? People addicted to gambling, wasting their entire pay checks, pawning their wedding rings, valuables and vehicles, some even losing their businesses and houses..... all for a slim chance to win it all back. Eventually losing everything and ending up on the street or in jail. You have to be of a certain mindset to be able to do that job and sleep at night.
