i dont want to derail this thread with the same old story. its just a texture thing. for some reason, almost every single food makes me gag. so i have a handful of foods i can eat (and only a single bran), and i cook them myself and eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner. every dayDude how do you manage?
Is it a mental or physical thing?
but ironically, one of the few things that makes me gag based of taste are tomatos (which is why i was jealous of ur post yesterday since its so healthy)
