Got work at 630 am Sunday, till 2pm, debating whether I should stay up and only get a bit of sleep, sleep before hand as soon as I get off on Saturday then stay awake all night and all morning, or just buy the damn thing and record it for after I get off.

Not quite the same when you can't watch it live and this fight is a big one for me.

Decisions, decisions.

Is Lawler vs Cowboy definitley off?

Oezdemir vs Manuwa is a great fight though, and Knight vs Lamas could be fireworks.

I'm glad someone finally told Jones about uber...looks like it's still going down mañana.

Long time coming for this rematch..Although stann seemed more eye of the tiger than DC or jones during the awkwardly forced fight night interview last week.

I might be looking too deep into this but DC looks sick. Just saw a short clip from the presser, he looks pale. I hope he's having a good weight cut.

Man, the more you see of Tanya, the more likeable she is.

Hate it that she took this fight. She's way undersized to deal with even a clean Cyborg.

Even aside from the size/strength(/gender lol) differences, she's going in talking like she expects to lose.

Proven cheaters should never catch a break of any kind.

Yeah man, everything she says there is sane, smart, gutsy, self-aware, appropriately modest, straightforward. Not a lot more any one can ask from any human.

Didn't watch the end of Embedded 4 til just now...

Very possible that Jones is planning on priority 1 being to attack DC's legs, standing. JJ is the kind of person to tell the opponent exactly what he plans on doing, but Jackson absolutely isn't, and JJ has always shown he/his-camp appreciate the value of the element of surprise. IMO, he doesn't tell DC "I'm coming for [the body]" unless he has something else planned. JJ did well enough stopping DC's wrestling last time, that they probably think with some adjustments he can kick vs DC and recover position quickly enough to avoid the TD, and that this is something DC won't be prepared for him to do.

I think the biggest question leading into the fight is if bald JJ is > non-bald JJ. We're working off a small sample size, but clearly bald Wanderlei is > than male pattern baldness Wanderlei, & Lawler has seemed to improve since embracing the Bic razor. Aldo's been hit n miss, but he might be 40 & I don't trust Amazon birth records

DC (205) and Jon Jones (204.5) have officially weighed in. This fuckin thing's actually happening this time.

Other two title fights aren't official yet, though.

204.5 Jones is peak Jones, btw. Means the cut wasn't tough, in theory. He looked fresh on the scales.
