Aka is down right now and they had the hw lhw mw and nearly lw title in the last few years. Shits crazy son
Yup all camps go through ups and downs.
Nova uniao had a camp full of monsters not too long ago as well.
Aka has always had sketchy training methods. Hope they train smarter.

well he's certainly had enough time to get his mind right, what else could he have thought about but that moment
He probably thinks of that KO every time he climaxes though, and then her face changes to Bisping's looking down at him
and aka has some inconsistencies w/coaching and he may feel he needs a more defined structured all round camp..aka is like a more successful alpha male; they win due to the talent in the room, not so much cus of the layers of instruction and development of fighters
Branch is no joke. He's just not very exciting. He can definitely beat Rockhold. Probably by decision, but still, he can win this fight.
He's also an ideal opponent for Rockhold to look good against, as he should be able to stuff the takedowns and his striking is much more fluid than Branch's. Could see it going the distance.
That's more of a description of Wink's in abq.

Looks like they put a pretty good gym together after the collapse of Blackzilians.

Cormier losing the way he did, foreshadowed in a video from 2014, didn't exactly inspire confidence (speaking as a fan). He was lucky to survive being kicked in the head as many times as he was (in previous defences), especially by Rumble.
