Yes, but "chilling out" is not making the problems go away, it is ignoring them. They did not chill out in Slovenia, Moldavia, Kosovo, Serbia (Montenegro), Slovakia, etc. Why would we see Catalonia any different than those other newly formed nations? Why is this case different?
