• Michael the Count Bisping.. acting like a cunt since he won the title and especially for this fight was destined for a beatdown. I wonder if his cup coming loose mid-fight was a foreshadowing of him pissing himself while getting choked out cold.

Lesson of the night ... trash talk is fine and dandy to an extent, but when you can't back it up, the ensuing blowback is only gonna look like it was well-deserved.

Bisping has always been a bit of an overachiever though. He's never been the best middleweight, and yeah everything you said about him ducking the top contenders is true.

You're right, this was a pretty bad night for shit talkers. I didn't mind Cody so much because him and TJ went back and forth and they had a real beef, but Joanna and Bisping were extra obnoxious.

Joanna spent the entire lead up talking about how Rose was mentally unbalanced, mentally weak, etc, and then Joanna ends up quitting in the first round. Karma is a bitch.

I understand Bisping's is trying to sell the fight but accusing GSP of using PEDs and other personal accusations just go over the line. Claimed all GSP does is hug and stall, then gets brutally dropped and choked out by a WW coming off a 4 year layoff.

Bisping was pretty humble during his post fight interview on ufc tonight. He said Georgea was a nice guy and said he was the better man tonight. He hinted that he was thinking about retirement too.

I had no problem with Bisping, it is known he is a douche, not an act, just a docuhe all the way through. And as always good to see assholes put in their place.

Joana, I feel she got a little too much into the trash talk, but overal didn't bother me. Rose wasn't troubled by it, and I am happy for her.

Are we supposed to hold fighters in such high regard that no one can speak ill of them even when there is video prof of their misgivings? If a person is acting like a shit head than no one is allowed to say that they are acting like a a shit head? If other fighters have met a fighter and they've been a douche are they not allowed to relay those experiences?

I understand you shouldn't make derogatory statements about a fighter without any basis or proff but it's not fighter bashing if what's being related is true.

I've not got the hate Bisping, yes he talks a lot of shit but he's usually just having fun with it. With the exception to Riveria fight I can't recall Bisping being disrespectful to anyone post fight, he's always very complimentary win or lose.

Take Saturday night for example. He took his lumps, sat in front of the press, made zero excuses for his loss and paid to tribute to GSP and his team.

If it wasn't for Bisping selling himself with trash talk what would his status be in the UFC? He'd probably be on a solid 64/64 or 128/128 but his mouth has made him a millionaire. I can't hate a guy for that, I cannot stand Conor McGregor - his trash talk corny and fake, but look at the coin he's made.

I've been visiting different forums for over 10 years and in that time there is almost always at least one Bisping post on the first page of a forum, love him or hate him the guy has given us plenty to talk about during his UFC career.

It's prize fighting at the end of the day. We have some great fighters, but if these great fighters want to make some great money, then they need to take leaf out of Bispings book and up their shit talking game.
