So after reading the article, it seems like the guy who didn't like the song pulled his gun and got shot by the guy who put on the song. I guess that is the reason they have not arrested him. I think it's funny people in the article keep calling him the victim after pulling a gun over a song and getting shot.

They arrested him the next day.
