General A dilemma for sure...

In my experience with bonus which is fairly new to me, at first it seems impossible. The goalposts are always moving. Now that my team are all onboard to making bonus, that bonus money changes people (for the better). Is this bonus just on you or a team effort? What happens is if there is a slacker that causes you to miss targets the group will get on that person and bring them up. One person can ruin the party.

Dude the contact they sent me is almost as long as my dick. It took ages to read and a lot of it didn't make sense to me. There's a lot of clauses about bonus payments and targets etc and annual equity. There's a lot to discuss. But one thing I took away in clear black and white was free accommodation. And car and travel. It's also a schedule where I would work 2 months on one month off. I figured before that would mean 2 months of 12 hour days followed by a month off.

But it's not, 2 months regular mon Fri work schedule followed by a month off as remote work as required. I need to iron out some details with them. I want an absolute bottom line of what I'm gonna earn in black and white, because I was kinda go plead for the germany job to give me another chance after this Belgium thing

This is just a math issue. Have a lawyer look over it but I would also have an acct. look at. Well worth paying for an hour or 2 of his time. You need to also have numbers on what housing and a car would cost. Can you speak to current people about the bonus and targets? They will tell you if they are realistic or not. It's cool that you can just pick up and move to another country. Most of us are tied down. For me I like being tied down but that's what makes the world go round.

It's an upstart kinda. A branch off off a bigger company. Our bonuses are based on thier targets. I don't know what they are u til I take the job but I know for sure I can maximize thier product very fast without years or research and development. I said I would pretty much have to dictate how we do shit so that's what they are offering me.

Belgium job in internal transfer. Germany and Africa jobs are for completely separate companies.

I work as an electrician at the minute, running test and software shit on new build trains. In a past life I was a mechanical and avionics tech on aircraft.

I've sorta worked my my into test engineering on both tho, I spend my time figuring out shit that's broke or how to make it work mo better

So next week I head back to the UK for Xmas. Due to head back here in the new year. It's great fun. The Africa job went quiet a few months back. The German jobs wrote a new job spec based on a conversation I had with them then ghosted me when I applied. Nazi cunts.

I'm at a crossroads right now. I think I could drag this Belgium thing out for a bit, and my fence has other work in Europe for the same rate. But I miss aviation, it's cool working on shit I can't tell you guys about. Trains are fucken boring. They should make some new navy seal trains with lasers and radars and bombs and I'd be happy.
