Fuckkkk! I gotta make it to this somehow! Missed the last Boston show (McGregor vs Siver) and was so bummed about it.

Dillashaw vs Cruz + this fight would be sick to see live. However, with Cruz AND Pettis on the same card.. you gotta wonder if both are gonna make it to fight night. Would hate to buy tickets, have Cruz get hurt, main event cancelled and Pettis/Eddie moved up to main event. Unless the undercard is absolutely stacked, that'd be a bummer!

Wonder when tickets go on sale.. Hopefully they take their time with this one so I can try and save up. Being live at the UFC is like nothing else! Well.. I'm sure being live at PRIDE was 10000x the show, but obviously I never had the chance to do that :p

Looking forward to this, should be interesting to see how/if Pettis bounces back from losing the belt and Alvarez really impressed me with how he adapted and changed strategy after getting that incredibly swollen eye against Melendez.

Unless Pettis was mentally traumatized by his last loss, I can't see this fight going past the second round. Alvarez got to the UFC a little late in his career, and they haven't made it any easier for him by constantly matching him against some of the divisions most dangerous opponents.

This. Eddie is over 10 years in his run and LW fighters age quicker. As bad as the beating Pettis took was, Eddie has taken like a half dozen of those win or lose. Plus he's closer in size to a fw. Pettis via fatality

sick fight. I wish they'd build up guys more giving them tune up fights after a title loss and such but Pettis vs. Eddie is just fine too.

I totally agree with all predictions favoring Pettis. Eddie is very good but he's banged up, small and likes to trade strikes too much for someone who's facing Showtime.

I'm surprised to see him back even this early after how severely he broke his whole shit.
