General Anybody else tired of seeing tip jars?

Those tips are wildly inaccurate folks here have a 30% and other option now you get tip shamed for tipping 20% I never tip if they have this screen tho not a fan of American tip culture wish we were like europe.

Well that kind of makes sense. You're getting your money back sooner or later.
I go o by the standard 20% since it's easy to calculate in the head and a few dollars more.
Tipping is ridiculous though almost everywhere you go there is a tip jar. I went to the brewery the other day and I know they don't work off of tips. You get the tipping part on the screen for them to pour you a beer, then they also have the tip jar.
Almost every restaurant I go there is tip jar even to takeout, when this didn't exist some years ago.
I wasn't gonna say anything but no juan here has tipped any of my posts.

I don't even like that we have to tip at bars in the u.s just charge us for our drinks a flat fee. Its so arbitrary and dumb the tips at a bar.
I think this is more than stealing it is probably fraud they are forging a financial document maybe also falls under identity theft.
Everything is “would you like to round up for this cause or that cause” or “would you like to leave a tip?” No bitch, I literally just drove my ass up here to pick up this food, to avoid a delivery fee. What makes you think I wanna round up or leave a tip?
If I am being served food, I tip very well unless they provide bad service. I will also tip people like movers, for example when I had some appliances delivered to my house. I dont get my haircut anymore but I would tip them well too if they did a good job. Thats all I can really think of.
I had an asian massuse get super mad that I only tipped $10 for the most subpar, NO TUG $60 massage. Bitch kept walking out of the room to answer the phone, etc, she was lucky I paid at all. The no tug was just unexceptable.....
Im like a 30% tipper for standard and above service. Bad service is more like 10-15%. I have only once in my life ever stiffed wait staff and they had it coming, end of story.
