Anyone play Online Multiplayer Games?

My gaming is impeccable. My fingering (controller button pressing) is impregnable.

Nah, but seriously I play almost every game I can but also i suck at almost every video game. Would love to be able to play competitively as I am huge video game nerd.

Now back to my regular schedule trolling....

I’m on PSN. There’s a ton of stuff to do, whether it’s various side quests or parallel quests with the new add ons, events, or trying to get the best gear that you can.
 
Ive been on a WoW bender lately. Started with Classic, which I did not grow up playing, and was finding it fairly challenging as a solo player (no one I know plays it now either).

So I have switched to Retail and I am loving it. Playing mostly hunter and just started up a retribution paladin last night.
 
I think the last time I played online was with Ahren_NHB with Dayz for almost 2 years. He had made a thread on the OG asking if anyone else played and he was currently stuck in a super market in Stary Sobor with a broken leg and no meds. I responded I don't but the game looks interesting.

So Ahren told me how to download the game and walked me through reaching him. I finally made it to him in almost a week of trying, I kept landing on the beach and dying immediately. Such a fun game.

Now I prefer single player story driven.
 
Used to play elder scrolls online but the pvp aspect of the game had become a total shit show. Last I saw the population for pvp was pretty bad as well.

Another one I played for a bit was the Isle. Dinosaur survival pvp, it's in early access so your mileage may vary

I really wanted to like ESO and it has a lot of great features. The combat is just so bad. Also while the quests themselves are very good, its annoyingly difficult to "know" what you should be doing next.
 
I normally despise online play simply because of the player-base and nerds treating every match like it's Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals after they've spent 20 years getting there, with no chance of ever getting back....when in reality they can join a new match in under a minute, and the match means nothing.

But Space Marine 2 is guaranteed to sucker me for some MP action when it comes out in Sept.

The combat was the thing I liked about it. I don't like the stand in front of each waiting for cool downs. The fast paced combat was what got me playing it. Although I have to admit it's the first MMO I ever played, so I'm biased in that aspect.
