First with the bad angle, it's more probable than not the guy is at least 10 feet to the side of the vehicle.
Aside, Assuming this is an armored tank, the bullet wouldn't even make it through the glass, let alone keep trajectory.

Bunch of new body cam footage. As mentioned by the host, it is interesting how LEO got onto the roof. They didn't have a ladder, and they didn't notice one on the scene which means the shooter got up a different way too.

The USSS snipers were offered local county radios, but failed to pick them up.
The rumors about a shooter in the window below the real shooter are completely fake. That window doesn't open, and you can see the LEOs walking around it in the body cam video. The window wasn't broken.
The shooter was shot twice. Once by USSS, and once by Bulter County SWAT.

Yes. The FBI released the body to the family the day the congressional committee was announced. The family cremated their son.
And they hosed down the roof the day of the show. That's not how crime scenes are usually processed, I don't think.
