As much as I absolutely hate to say it, given how stoopid she is, Alyssa Milano. Fine as FUK. Blows the others out of the water. BUT, shouldn't Phoebe Cates be in that grouping? She probably beats Alyssa, I'd have to do a spectral comparison to know for sure...
