Incredibly beautiful early on, aged like milk. By the time she was in her mid-30s on Moonlighting they were already shooting her closeups in soft focus, and that was before HDTV.
I feel like the modern Hollywood trend for constant plastic surgery, as well as things like botox, have ruined our expectations of what women should look like as they age. Celebrities like Elizabeth Hurley who have obviously invested a fortune in anti aging procedures can look great in their 50s, but that's not normal.

If nature takes it's course, women start to get wrinkles in their mid to late 30s. Perhaps Cybill Shepherd just didn't want to go under the knife?

Hers looked less like normal aging and more like she maybe drank a lot or something. It wasn’t so much that she had wrinkles as she looked tired all the time like she just pulled an all-nighter.
But different people age differently. I just reacquainted yesterday at the celebration of life we had for my sister with a girl her age (57) who lived down the street from us when we were kids. When I last saw her she about 10. I was shocked at how pretty she had grown up to be and how young she still looks at that age. I know people who are 40-ish who look older than me. Some of its genes, some of its lifestyle.
