Just saw this house of David show and stuck it on.
Greeted with this message and had to pause and share.
I'm not sure whether I'll watch it now. I like my made up TV shows to be extremely faithful to the made up bollox they are based on.

Devil in the family is a damn good docuseries. It's such an awful story, though. Usually, I'd say a one off movie would be more then enough time to for a documentary but this was just a lot to unload and explain.
What's it about?
I think I only watched the first season of the old one. Is it worth watching them all? I do t really like blind people, I don't trust them
I started the original Suits over the weekend - only like three episodes in, but really enjoying it so far.

It has the potential to be awesome, but I'm also gonna have very short tolerance with the show, too.
D'Onofrio is a fucking OUTSTANDING Wilson Fisk...possibly one of the best casted / characters ever...then they (Disney) absolutely bitched him out in Echo, which completely pissed me off.
Hopefully they don't fuck it up here.

A Mormon mom who canned her husband, moved in with a female psychologist best friend, and monumentally abused her kids in the name of "God"...all while having a significant youtube & IG following dedicated to raising kids.

I absolutely will. I know people didn't like S3 of the original, but I loved all three seasons. S2 is one of the best tv seasons there is, IMO...but I'm a huge Punisher fanboy and that was the best on screen Frank Castle we've ever gotten, so I'm a bit biased.

Really liked the first series, unusually good superhero content.
I liked the Arrow series at first, but I was a fan boy from the comics in the 70s. I liked what they were trying to do with it. Then it shit the bed, hard.

I was an enormous Arrow fanboy early on...absolutely loved it. There was a time that I really liked all of the Arrowverse. But as you said, they shit the bed in spectacular fashion with that show...and the entire Arrowverse. And they did it in a whole list of different ways, too.
I've tried to go back and finish the show multiple times and just can't do it.
The crossovers were all good, but after a point, that was it.
there were 6 kids but only mentioned 2 and the one kid who rang the neighbor's door. What happened to the other 3?
Haven't watched, but based on the docu I watched from the other thread:
The older 2 had already moved out and gotten away from them by the time Ruby & Jodi moved in together. The younger 4 were all abused by them. The docu I posted in the other thread has a whole section with one of the daughters - when cops raided the house, she was hiding in a bathroom closet & was so traumatized, she wouldn't come out. Cops, fire, etc sat with her for like an hour, gave her pizza & more before she would finally come out. She didn't even say anything for like the first 20-30 minutes IIRC. The poor child was a wreck.
The docu talked about the boy that escaped and at least one of the girls...maybe two of them...being made to walk barefoot in the desert, clean up dirty lots, etc as "pennance" and for their "ungodly ways" and other such bullshit.
If this new docu doesn't talk about the kids, I'm guessing it was likely in an effort to give them some privacy.
