Hopefully, I can steal Alien Earth tonight. Still, no streams yet.
I'm about halfway through this 3-part docuseries & am totally digging it. I'm 100% pulling for the rednecks to find the treasure. lol
I think it has a pretty wild ending.
If anyone knows the story (I'd never heard of it before), please don't say anything so as to avoid spoilers.

Dang, I forgot about that. Finally got a chance to watch this last night, damn I wish those methheads had found it, fucking two years trying to move a boulder.
Watched the finale tonight. Not to the worst ending to a series. At least they saw the writing on the wall and created an “end” full of new beginnings that is satisfactory. If by some chance it gets picked up there’s material to work with. If not, it ended on a good note with promising futures for all the major characters. We’re streaming it on Peacock so we won’t have the finale available to watch until Friday. I think the hardcore fans are hoping they can raise enough clamor to get a movie like “Firefly” did. A lot of them are also hoping some other streaming service like Netflix will pick it up. I don’t know how likely either scenario is, but who knows? I’ve mostly enjoyed it, but not all butt-hurt it’s ending. Most series have given all they have to give by 4-5 seasons and it’s just wash/rinse/repeat after that.

Never seen this series, but love good scifi. Is it worth starting from beginning?Strange New Worlds episode 5-
Well, its a proper sci fi story this time. Actually a good story, despite the forced love quadrangle thing they are running with.
Good to see you buddyNever seen this series, but love good scifi. Is it worth starting from beginning?
You too old timer! The prequel idea has me interested for sure. Will put it in the line up.Good to see you buddy
You have to love old school Star Trek to like this, I think.

Agreed, as long as they went a new direction with it and didn’t just rehash what happened in the original. They did kind of leave that open, as he is already less awkward than Harry, even if somewhat gullible. “Ballsack” gag was hilarious.Would be interesting to see a spin off with the new doctor in town
