I have seen the fight. The only person that knows if it was intentional is Bisping and in a postfight interview he said it was accidental.

Don't forget about that time when Yoel intentionally shit his pants to try and get the referee to declare a NC or to get his opponent (Derek Brunson) to verbally submit because of the smell.
Yoel ended up winning by R3 TKO in the end anyway, but that fight was a really tough fight for him and he wanted to take the easy way out earlier on.

I have seen that fight more than once and also think the illegal knee was accidental.
Bisping spitting on Rivera's cornermen, on the other hand, was 100% intentional.
