whatever you would do where you are now, you can do in Saudi Arabia. You'll find it first in your compound, and then when you've been there a while you'll find it in the local municipality.

Or you can head to Bahrain on the weekend. :)

Got a job interview tomorrow for a position out there tomorrow. I'm on the fence as to wether I actually want it tho. It pays better than my current tho and I can do it while I wait for a killer drone program to emerge in the UK

I had an offer to work there in 2000. $250k/yr, company car, 3 BDR house in the American compound, 8 weeks paid vacation/yr, 2 round trip worldwide plane tickets/yr. On a 2 year service commitment.

Almost did it, but it would have expired my Top Secret, so I passed. And then expired my TS anyway. :rolleyes:

Never had a TS. Was worried I'd have to get one but would get rejected for prior err incidents. My last deployment was great tho, they wrote up me and my whole team as GS13 equivalent so we could tell all the army guys to fuck off. Everyone thought I was cia , it was sweet. I even started wearing long sleeve shirts rolled up to the elbow. I can't grow a beard tho
