I didn't feel any benefits, but I've read so much about its benefits in the background health wise so I will go get some more just to hedge my bets. It's not doing any harm, it doesn't affect my behaviour or well being in a negative way and far more people have been positive about it than negative.

Why the toke as in why do i smoke? Because im a cool kid of course!! Me personally i feel cbd would for me be like drinking non alcoholic beer but if someone is using it for the medicinal effect and not for the high then one would only hope it helps in any possible way EVEN the placebo effect of it is worthwhile if it helps alleviate symptoms of illness
