@Shinkicker I once accidentally ordered pig anus sausage in Paris. I'm pretty frivolous with my food choices but that was too much for me, I didn't even try it the stench was so terrible. Never ate horse when I lived in Amsterdam either but I guess that's because I used to ride a good 5 days a week when I was a kid. Won't eat rabbit, cat, dog etc.

I loved with my surrogate mom once. She was in her late 50's. I would never eat her cooking unless I watched her prepare it. She liked cooking weird shit. I used to tease her about having road kill in the freezer.

She cooked cow kidneys once. The smell, ugh! I was sick for days.

Yea I won't like to eat organs in general. They all stink. I wonder, in 40 years what foods we eat will be considered gross by the youth of tomorrow
