He tacked himself onto a protest that was already planned , he’s a rapist cunt and a charlatan and is doing nothing to help the cause, he only hinders it and gives the nay sayers ammunition.
He is doing it for his own ego, because he is universally hated here.

He isn't universally hated in Ireland. He's one of the country's biggest stars, if not THE BIGGEST STAR. You and your friends may hate him, but the country as a whole doesn't. If he was universally hated, he'd live ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD. I don't know you, but you're obviously in a bubble that hates the guy. I don't like the guy, but can see that he is loved by quite a bit of your country. You seem to have your head in your ass, like leftists in my country when it comes to Trump. Any given leftist in the United States would say Trump is universally hated, even though half the country absolutely loves him.
If he was a rapist, why wasn't he convicted and in jail? He was only fined some nominal sum ($250k or some shit?).
Do you support the cause of the movement? If so, why would you reject anyone (let alone someone with international influence) supporting the cause?

He has had big projects he has tried to get behind in affluent areas and they have been shut down, like his shitty night club idea in Howth.

The woman he raped dropped the case because it would have dragged on for a very long time and a conviction is very hard to come by, by the same logic OJ was innocent too eh.

I do support my fellow countrymen in their protests against our governments immigration policies, along with many other things. I am 100% Irish people first in Ireland.
He is attaching himself to this movement because there’s no chance the idiots on the other side of that debate would embrace him at all, he thinks he can garner some support and some smoke screen for his own transgressions but it is at the cost of the message and will only give leftists and centrists more reason to ignore and admonish what are important issues effecting everyone here.
