Yup, but mainly for Nate's cause imo. Doesn't change the fact that there are better fights out there for both atm.
my only issue with it at this stage is the fight being at WW, and the better fights aren't likely to vanish inside a year

And then another? He still has a fucking belt to defend. If he wants to fight out of division so much just vacate.
The whole shit here is not making it any easier. The NY-card is in November, if he fights Nate then.. he almost had the belt for a year and you still have to see when the next fight can be scheduled. Edgar and Aldo would be ready at 200.
I don't know it just all seems stupid. If he loses again, that's bad for Edgar and Aldo as well, less people will tune in to watch that fight then. If he wins, he might totally go 155 and will have played 145 as a safety-blanket and as a fool for over a year. Also bad for the 145ers.
For Nate it seems fine, but I still would like to see him content for the 155-belt.

I don't think Nate is a legitimate threat to any belt just yet to be honest, and I see RDA and Khabib dominating him (again in RDA's case) but I guess anything can happen, and Alvarez may be the 155 champ by then.

Yeah by content I meant fighting the contenders. Any way it goes, Nate's fights are gonna be good. Its a murderers row out there anyway. But I wanna see him fight those dudes, I'd love to see him scrap with Alvarez, if Alvarez comes to scrap and not to hold on the cage.
