MJ has positions in multiple marijuana related stocks. So rather than betting all your money on one or two pot companies, they are invested in 33 different holdings and MJ's value should move based on those companies as a group. I say "should" because it's a traded fund - it goes up/down just like any other stock.
It's a way to be exposed to a sector without owning individual stocks.

This German cheapskate has most of his stock money in various ETFs, maybe that helps ya.Did some more research on MJ, discussed with Mrs. OneDude and then we got in on MJ.

Wtf is a prospectus and why did I receive one this morning after purchasing an ETF?
It's the legally binding fine print telling you what you just bought. (ideally you should read it beforehand)

Heading out of the pandemic, I'm focusing on some stocks that are still roughly 50% down from a year ago and should see their activity start to return to some sort of normalcy.
Norwegian Cruise is interesting (NCLH):

The cruise ones scare me still. At least until everywhere else figures out how to distribute rona vaccines like my home county.
