I wouldn't even know I have it. I took a routine lateral flow test and it came back positive. So I had a PCR and it was also positive. I have to isolate until next Monday but I can get out early if I have two negative tests for Friday.

No. I was going to teach a private class with someone who is vulnerable, so I tested myself at home. It was positive, so I cancelled the session and went for a second test.

If I hadn't tested myself, I could have unknowingly passed on covid to someone who is vulnerable.

I agree we are dealing with a severe level of stupid with covid.
