and that article is as short as this post and includes the statement "at this time/we have no data to suggest"...doesn't seem like a very complete study from the way they word it

Cop guy on the San Francisco press conference at the moment, if I'm not mistaken said people WILL be thrown in jail for breaking the law, going outside when you don't have to included.
