ok so same event

I wouldn't call it harassing, they were serving him some papers.

i don't think they're licensed process servers, and I don't think that was a court document.

that's why the cops stood in the driveway and the protesters stayed on the sidewalk. A clipboard doesn't give me access to your porch.

and I'd be completely on their side if they were wearing masks and keeping some space between themselves...but they're asserting their 'right' to spread germs all over a public place.

they're just assholes.

and she is anti vaxx
basically sub human
i'm sympathetic to her ignorance or cognitive abnormality, and I think she should be allowed to live that life.

But you forfeit your right to public spaces if you show wanton disregard for public safety. No different than getting a DUI, and being told you can't drive your car on the highway.

Pretty interesting stat I just heard from a UTSW meeting on the Chinese death flu. The % of positive tests in the DFW Metroplex has been anywhere from 11%-14% over the past 4 weeks.

Any idea how Sweden is doing? Haven't heard about them in a while.

Mixed bag.
Double death rates compared to their peer neighbors.
But that's still only means an extra 100 deaths per million so an extra thousand death.

But their number is still going up, while others are already plateauing. Suggesting that the long-term area under the curve might be worse or that at least Stockholm might require a full lock down anyway.

My friend who has gone real hard into tantra and meditation and spirituality.

Positive people are probably more healthy in general....but he might be overstating the protective beneifts a bit.

If the Swedes blink and put in lockdowns, the policy will go down as an unmitigated disaster.

Pretty sure his medical credentials are good.
How do you feel about any of his Corona info
The guy is a known quack and CTer, he's also into charging desperate families a ton of money for therapies that will do nothing for their medical issues. He's been reprimanded for this.
He's a pretty big piece of shit.

Remember this lady?

He "cured" her.
yiiiiip

Lucky for me I live with a scientist who's field of study is pediatric cancer. I asked her if she knew about this guy and then went on to ask about using hydrogen peroxide to cure cancer. She just shook her head in disbelief that people would listen to anything this gentleman says.

She also laughed at the idea of using a foldable cellphone gun for personal security.

exiting the Army at the age of 29 after making the Major list (promotion list), below the zone (prior to his peers).
Do you know what he just said there?? Nothing. He said he didnt make Major, but you wouldn't know it from his fluff. Guy does that with everything.

He was a brigade surgeon (doctor advisor at the brigade level, an incredibly common position for a doctor to serve) and downtrace units were the 101st airborne and a special forces group. That is small portions of those entities were attached to his brigade. Nothing to do with him being in those groups.

Still he has people introduce him as if he served in the special forces as a doctor And he uses the same soft language to let that implication stick on his website.

That's like being a 14 year old edgelord.
You're a doc that did your army service. Why not just say that? That's good. Why all the BS on top of it?

Yea, but did you see he joined the boy scouts a year earlier than normal?

Apparently they're looking at 2264 deaths on 18 926 cases. That's fucking nuts.
