Look at my post about the OD patient. Nurses were pissed that they were directed to put on isolation gear. It's inconvenient and tiring. But the doc made the right call to protect his team. Should one nurse get to refuse to wear the gear, possibly coming back to work and infecting 3 to 4 others before she even knows she has it? Or should she be made to do what the doctor says to protect the whole team?
