It lacks integrity because UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should a man who has never even had one pro boxing fight be sanctioned to fight the greatest boxer of all time. It shows a complete disregard for Conor's safety. He's going to go in there against a guy who's been a world champion since 1998 and he's going to get punched in the face until his brain shuts off or the referee rescues him. This is going to be a slaughter.
I can totally see that angle. This isn't a situation where he is fighting a fan with no training though, you know? Also, Floyd isn't exactly Mike Tyson in terms of knocking dudes dead. If Conor were to be going in there to fight Canelo I would be a little bit more worried because of the power, but I don't think Conor is putting himself in a ton of danger by fighting Floyd.

This is coming from someone with no prior boxing experience so you may be right but I personally am not sure the safety issue is as substantial as many are portraying.

how will he earn money then?
He will earn it by fighting for more than 20 and 20.
Do you want to screen name/PayPal bet it? $50 says that if Nate fights someone not named Conor McGregor in his next fight, he will make more than $20,000 to show and $20,000 to win. I will also extend the bet for his next opponent in general not named Conor McGregor. You seem confident. Are you $50 confident? I have a sneaking suspicion that you are just saying it to say it, with no thought as to if it is realistic or not. It was the curmudgeon MMA fan thing to say. Prove me wrong and bet me.

MMAHAWK @MMAHAWK speaks the truth. This has 0 business getting sanctioned. If Nate can rock Conor think of what Floyd will do to him over 12 rounds. It isn't even an interesting fight unless you really, really like 10-8 rounds. It would be one of that all time terrible short term gain, long term pain business decisions for Conor to go through with it.

It could very well end up this way. There's next to zero chance that this will be a competitive fight, but I feel like the spectacle would be worth it. The public could react completely differently than I expect, but we will see.

well I don't have paypal but its 20,000 or 40,000 it means same. He won't be earning 500,000 or 200,000 that's what i meant
