Creatine for Alzheimer’s

10-15 grams.

Just make sure its creatine monohydrate.

I just get mine from bulksupplements.com
I think I had some shitty quality stuff once, might have been my issue
I take fiber to ensure I'll be woken up by having to shit at 0430, don't tell me creatine is gonna add to that.
I have no idea.
I haven't taken it in years.
I eat crazy sometimes so it might not have been creatine at all.

I work out and work hard but I don't take anything but water, food, and some alcohol/cannabis.
Heavy excessive sleep is my only supplement lol.

Knaw some quality spicy jerky of choice, a few times a day.
Quality calories IMO.

Or you guys need to be pounding bacon and high calorie stuff.

Lets enter a Bulking Phase Bros

I've lost so much muscle mass after my back injury, its a struggle but I'm down.

Meat is so expensive and I haven't been in a position to hunt in the past few years.

I probably used to eat a couple lbs of meat a day, plus bread, rice, potatoes, green leafys... it seems crazy now when I look at just the volume of food I was pushing through, and it was the right amount lol.

I waa for sure in the best shape of my life going into my mid 30s and I was unintentionally doing the "warrior diet".
Breakfast makes me sleepy and if im up and rolling lunch seems like an anchor that will, again, make me sleepy.
I would eat a fucking platter of meat & vegetables for dinner like a viking until I passed out at night.
When I was a Ranger I would basically eat a quick cast iron pot roast, carrots and potatoes every night.

I need to get back to that.

@RussfromNH @MountainMedic as far as eating / making it simple / getting more calories / etc goes...

Probably the simplest, as well as one of the cheapest, ways of going about it is to head to the deli at the grocery or wally world & get a cold rotisserie chicken. You should be able to get one for about $5 (a hot one is generally $7-8...prices & all that will vary, obviously).

Roughly speaking, you're looking at 150g each of fat & protein for a whole bird. Eat one whole one a day (however / whenever you want - snack on it through the day, all at once, multiple meals...whatever suits you, your schedule, hunger, etc best) a day and you'll have taken one helluva big step in the right direction.

Is it as good for you re nutrients, cholesterol, saturated animal fat, etc as say red meat? No. But it's cheap & easy, which should make it easier to do & stick to, which is more important.

Add 3-6 eggs a day cooked in butter and you'll get a ton of nutrients, cholesterol, etc.

If you're feeling really froggy you could add a couple ounces of beef liver 2-3x/week for the nutrients, but that shit is nasty. lmao. I only eat it when I'm eating ground beef or ground turkey, because I can chop up the liver into small chunks, mix it in, then I don't notice it.

I like to grab the whole pork loin from Costco/Sam's Club and smoke them over the weekend. Roughly 7 lbs of lean pork. Runs about $1 a pound. Leave it in the fridge and cut off chunks as needed. Cuts down on meal prep and tastes great.

Dont know how... but it seems like this thread boosted my book sales lol

I add it to my preworkout shake.

A scoop of stim free preworkout
A scoop of collagen
Scoop of creatine

I think the main thing is just making sure you're consistent.

And NEVER buy creatine gummies. That shit is a giant scam that people are falling for.
Ok no gummies. But what about the solid pills?

Not super up on the pills.

Honestly, just getting the powder from bulksupplements is cheap, easy, and high quality.
This x eleventy billion.

I can't speak for the creatine, but I've gotten other stuff from them and it's always been cheap & top-notch.

I don't take a bunch of supps, but when I do or want to try something, I always see if they have it first.

They're on amazon and I think they may have an ebay store, as well.

Got this a few days ago and tried it today with water. I've never taken Creatine before so if I die, I die...

Went for the most cheapest I could find and this contains 90 servings of 5grams for basically $15 at Walmart...
