I am surprised at how many of you failed high school social studies / govment.
Read the Constitution, Bill of Rights & The Federalist.
You cannot read those documents & walk away believing they apply to anyone else but sovereigns & citizens, unless English is a second language.
Then read other Constitutions, where in most cases the same concept applies.

The fact that it's debatable only speaks to an agenda of globalism, followed by the next related struggle session; the propagation of calling sovereignty 'outdated'.

I always interpreted it as human rights. Not based on citizenship. Due process and all that shit.

If that’s not the case, then the government could attempt to pull some nasty shit on you by disputing your citizenship.
