These loons will reopen the cases in 2029.
I don't see a jury in NY or D.C. convicting any democrat, ever, unless they wrong a dem.

That was a lie. You technically are not convicted until you are sentenced.
So is he not going to be sentenced?
Are they deferring sentencing specifically to avoid a situation where Trump gives himself a presidential pardon? Could a president even legally pardon themselves?
Also, has Trump paid the huge $400+ million fine yet, or is he still appealing it? If it's still under appeal when he is sworn in, can he just pardon himself for that?
I think it was done in state court and he can only make pardons for federal cases. I don't think he paid the fine and he's appealing it.
