I thought the guy on the right looked familiar and just now figured it out. He is Jocko Willink, legit Navy Seal badass. He co-wrote a book on how to apply Navy Seal leadership to business, which I couldn't get through because frankly it seemed to me like a bunch of horseshit. I watched some interview of him later on though, and he is pretty intense. He reminds me of a Navy Seal Henry Rollins.
