I am thinking that Musk fell for a very simple, obvious and routine trick from one of the intel agencies. Someone made him feel like he was getting very sensitive and privileged information and told him that Trump was in the Epstein file as a pedo and Musk fell for it and is now doing exactly what they wanted to be done, drag Trump through the dirt, get him nice and filthy and in the end Musk burns all his credibility.

Congress needs to ratify it but the Republicans are useless and not doing anything just taking vacations and running out the clock on Trump!
I would say probable, something happened in the last 30 days for elon to be going off like this.
Elon only supported Trump because the democrats were going to shut down X and probably do whatever they could to shut down the rest of his businesses. He's a democrat showing his true colors. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
There is no bill that will pass congress without tons of pork. Zero democrats will vote for anything that helps Trump, and unfortunately there are tons of democrats who pose as republicans, so tons of slush fund bullshit will be in any bill that actually gets passed. Trump had 18 months from January 20th to do whatever he could to make serious changes, then we run into midterms where republicans in close districts start voting for anything that sinks the Trump agenda just to save their own political career. Dems aren't like that, they stick together no matter what. Republicans time and time again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Democrats don't want to cut any spending, and they love the waste, fraud, and abuse because it all goes into democrat pockets. Unfortunately, lots of "republicans" are really democrats too. The slimmest of margins in the house and the senate, so no bill will get the votes without lots of bullshit waste.
