Our city of long beach CA is a ghost town in our downtown district which used to be packed. Successful business had to leave because of the bureaucracy here they were strong armed with fee after fee and ridiculous permit prices.

I was going to start a business in nevada starting one in CA is a nightmare with the ridiculous laws and paperwork they also keep moving the goal posts even if your business does succeed. I would also have to pay my employees a minimum of 20 bucks an hour to keep them from going to other jobs here.
