The conspiracy that has been going around for decades is that there will be a alien invasion (fake one of course - probably using high altitude drones, holograms - HEMP - Direct energy weapons) this invasion or power outage lasts for months (death / destruction / starvation) then when all hope is lost those who created this manufactured crisis will flip the lights back on and come in to save the day ....because everyone is so desperate they will gladly welcome in the New World Order and the drastic changes that come with it ...
