I was watching some alabama thing on prison booty bandits. there was guys there that made fleece look like a saint. The south seems to have more of a booty bandit culture because in south western and westcoast prisons the gangs reduce butt banditry.

Good point. I just watched it again and it looks like his weapon is still right beside him on the ground as well so that coupled with him moving around a little should be plenty of justification for the follow up shots. Either way, if I'm on the jury I'd let him walk regardless.
