My buddy jimmy did this to himself when we were in middle school. We were fucking around in his driveway and he was tossing stuff up in the air and hitting it with an aluminum bat. He spotted a basketball in his garage and ask me to pitch it to him, so I did. As soon as he made contact with the basketball, the bat ricocheted off and cracked him right above his right eye.
Everyone that was there, that wasn't him, laughed their asses off.
These people are so insulated in an echo chamber that they don't even understand that they aren't picking a fight with a fringe minority, they are talking to the majority of people. Their echo chamber is a very small minority.
