If all the political stuff is irritating to people, sure.
We have a pro wrestling forum - and I don't really remember seeing ANY pro wrestling threads here (thankfully).

I've seen plenty of threads of non-political nature that caused a stir. And in contrast with wrestling and grappling, I think politics is a very very broad term. Shootings, athletes kneeling, a @Song2 thread, these can be easily considered non-political or political but yet may irritate people because they don't wanna have that discussion. People don't want to see it. The beauty of it is, they don't have to.

But wait, there's more. With the aid of tags you can be sure what kind of thread you are entering and avoid triggeration of any sorts.
