This is a marketing tactic IMO.

What is the exact discount or price offered?

Or do you have to show up in person to get the "employee price"

Pardon me if I missed the % discount or list of prices

Detriot Auto News:
" The "From America, For America" campaign offers what is known as "A Plan" pricing and is expected to run through June 2. It applies to Ford and Lincoln vehicles and offers savings of roughly $2,000 to $10,000 per vehicle from the manufacturer's suggested retail price, putting the cost below dealer invoice."

Road and Track:
" Ford's A-Plan pricing is calculated by using the following formula: dealer invoice – holdback – advertising assessment + administration fee = the final price. The savings can be significant; the Free Press cited the example of a F-150 XLT PowerBoost with a sticker price of $65,000, which would cost $55,000 under the employee pricing plan."
