I am making some right now, 1st batch on the new machine

Bananas
Apples
Mandarin Orange Slices
Avocado Slices

Lady been talking about getting one for 5 years so I got one so I don't have to talk about it anymore

Gonna be fun experimenting with stuff

We harvest hundreds of pounds of fruit each year so those will all be experimented with, and we also have backyard chickens so we will try eggs(cooked and uncooked)

The possibilities are endless...

Which pump did you get, if oil make sure you are keeping up on the oil maintenance
Oil, and yes it will be maintained well.
I think they are all coming with the advanced pumps that use oil now.

Sounds like you have some experience with this type of thing.

I was just thinking how useless this must be for most people, then I read this. Makes a lot more sense

I feel like I remember you, or someone, asking about one of these a couple years ago
Yep, been talking about it for years.
Costco carried the small version and I am tired of talking about it so now we are doing the damn thing.

My lady needs projects at all times to remain sane, so this thing will get used often.

I guess it is good for cannabis as well so I will try that, can dry/cure buds in 2 days instead of 2 weeks.

Can't stand the texture of anything freeze-dried. Like munching on chalk. But a way to store something that you're going to later reconstitute, looks handy. All the prepper hoes on Youtube are showing them off.

I actually love how some stuff tastes and the texture. Strawberries are amazing.

Some stuff does need to reconstitute or it just ain't right.
