I wouldn't say nowhere near, but it is clear Nicky is a level above currently. Daniels needs to work on his counters and not just put the ear muffs on when stuck in the corner. It could have been tiredness, but you can't get away with that against someone as good as Nicky. Daniels had his best success when he was coming forward and throwing, making Nicky react to him.

There are a few guys who could do well in Glory from each division, but no more than 2-3 guys.

kind of hard to compare them with takedowns involved, but these smaller guys have been very impressive, and they should be better with one art to focus on.
