Wow really? Look in the Dallas area, even cheaper than Austin

He doesn't want to go that far because he's a single dad, with full custody of his daughter. He sees his son every other weekend, so he doesn't want to be far and he has a high paying job.
I would go mostly anywhere, other than here.
